Most day trips run from the coast and the Provence cities, with the longest, most scenic legs from Nice along the legendary Route Napoléon. Our guide was Flo, amazing- truly exceptional driver with very high knowledge of the history and interesting information for the tour. Perfect and consistent communication with the company to arrange pickup and confirm. Seeing the gorge at many stops, browsing the villages and then getting to swim in the lake were great. We had a little over an hour at the lake- enough time to rent a pedal boat if you move quick. Bring water shoes for best experience."
